Omega Strong Gym

This is a terrific gym if you're looking for that intense, garage-type feel of a bodybuilding/power lifting gym. The owners are both great and easy-going people who are very passionate about both their gym, competitive lifting, the equipment they provide, and the quality of an experience they provide their members with. Additionally, the people and the community being fostered here is really special. People are kind and always willing to provide tips/pointers/guidance to make sure you're staying safe. They also have some really cool stuff to play with in terms of honing in on fixing weak points, such as a bamboo bar. Give them a try, you won't regret it! Much better than any of the chain gyms.

I’m a competitive powerlifter who lives in Vermont. Visiting new gyms is one of my favorite things about traveling, so I had to seek out the best while in Phoenix for a conference, and Omega Strong did not disappoint. Awesome space, great equipment, and they made it really easy to drop in even though it’s a private gym. The gym members I met were lovely and helpful. 10/10 recommend and would join if I lived in Phoenix.

Good facility, all the equipment you need for any type of workout. Owners are accomidating and friendly. This is a private gym so call don't show up. Common sense :)

Omega Strong Gym is a great place to train! They have all the equipment I could ask for being a competitive powerlifter. It's always clean and never crowded, and the owners/ members are always willing to help and very inviting. I highly recommend anyone that will be traveling to Phoenix or that lives in Phoenix to go check it out.

Started training at omega in early of April of this year as I was looking for a gym to prep for a powerlifting meet Upon walking in, I was amazed at the equipment they had that suited all my needs for strength training along with the space open enough where it doesn’t feel crowded. The members at the gym are very supportive and always willing to help you with any assistance you need. Does feel like a strong bond of lifters with similar goals of getting stronger. Comfortable setting, great lighting, loud stereo and gym is super clean each time I come in. Best thing is they have calibrated rogue plates which are the same they use in competition so it lets you adapt to that feel vs conventional commercial gym plates which could be off a few lbs. The owners are always looking into what equipment to get next or what improvements can be made to the gym for the members which is not found in most gyms today. They support their lifters by attending meets in and out of town which is awesome to see!
